Q: How much do your gifts
cost?
A: Due to recent economic times
we make every effort to work with any budget.
Q: What methods of payment do you
accept?
A: Visa, Master Card, Discover
and American Express
Q: Do you custom design gifts?
(Customization Fee $7.00)
A: Yes, we can add anything to
your special gift, just let us know what you would like at the time you place your order.
If we need to shop for specialty items in order to customize your
gift we charge a Customization Fee of $7.00
the fee includes our time to shop and gas.
Q: Do you deliver to local hospitals?
A: Yes, we deliver to St.
Joseph's Hospital, Crouse Hospital,
The Golisano Children's
Hospital,
University Hospital and Community Hospital.
* We do not ship to Hospitals. Most hospitals
will not accept packages for patients.
Q: Will the gift that I order look like the one I see
on the website?
A: Yes, your gift order will
look like what you see on our website.
However; there are times that we are out of stock on something, in
that case, we reserve the
right
to substitute to the same or greater value for your gift.
Q: Can you add a bottle of wine to my gift basket?
A: New York State does not
allow us to purchase liquor or to ship it out of State.
Q: What are your delivery fees?
A: Please see our delivery fees on
the Delivery
page.
Q: When will my gift arrive?
A: All local deliveries start
at noon as we provide same day service by 11:00 AM.
If you want your gift to get there
TODAY - call us by 11:00 AM at 412.1002.
We ship
your gifts via UPS ground service, we are happy to e-mail you
the
tracking number of your gift. This is easy for you to see when it is
delivered.
