DELIVERY

• Local deliveries are made Monday through Saturday
  SAME DAY SERVICE by 11AM
  
  Our local delivery area includes Onondaga County and
  areas slightly beyond.
  
  Gifts sent outside our local delivery area will be shipped via US POSTAL SERVICE and UPS.
   

• Deliveries are charged the standard fee per location.
   

• Multiple item deliveries will be charged the standard fee per location plus a $1.00 handling fee per additional item.
   

• Refused shipments and incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the customer.
  
  If an order must be redelivered, the customer is
  responsible for redelivery charges.
  
   

  Local Hospital Delivery Fees
  
  $10.00 -- Crouse Hospital, University Hospital, St. Josephs Hospital and Community General Hospital
  
  We do NOT ship gifts to hospitals out of state.
  Most out of state hospitals do not accept deliveries
  for patients.
