Q: How much do your gifts
cost?
A: Due to recent economic times
we have made every effort to work with any budget.
You
will see we now have added Mini
Gifts to our website.
It's not about how much you spend, it's the thought that counts.

Q: What methods of payment do you
accept?
A: Visa, Master Card, Discover
and American Express
Q: Do you customize your gifts?
A: Yes, we can add anything to
your special gift, just ask us at the time you place your order.
We will
usually add to your gift from what we have in stock, we do not shop
for special items.
Q: Do you deliver to local hospitals?
A: Yes, we deliver to St.
Joseph's Hospital, Crouse Hospital, The Golisano Children's
Hospital,
University Hospital
and Community Hospital.
* We do not ship to Hospitals. Most hospitals
will not accept packages for patients.
NOTE: Hospitals do not allow latex balloons on the premises due to
patient restrictions.

Q: Will the gift that I order look like the one I see
on the website?
A: Yes, your gift order will
look like what you see on our website.
However; there are times that we are out of stock on something, in
that case, we reserve the
right
to substitute to the same or greater value for your gift.
Q: May I add on Balloons to my
gift basket?
A: Yes, we have made a New
Category on this website where you can add on a
balloon
to your gift. * Balloons are for LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY. We do
not ship balloons.

Q: Can you add a bottle of wine to my gift basket?
A: New York State does not
allow us to purchase liquor or to ship it out of State.
However; a simple solution is for you to bring your Spirits to us.
Drop off your spirits
and we
will add them to your gift basket. We can deliver locally
only.
You can
drop off and pick up at our store front location. SEE: Our location

Q: What are your delivery fees?
A: Our delivery fees vary according
to location of delivery. See: Delivery
Q: When will my gift arrive?
A: All local deliveries start
at noon as we provide same day service by 11AM.

want your gift to get there TODAY - call us by 11AM at 432.0713
We ship
your gifts via UPS ground service, we are happy to e-mail you
the
tracking number of your gift. This is easy for you to see when it is
delivered.
Q: What is your policy on donations?
A: We are asked for
donations frequently. We are glad to help when we can.
Our policy regarding donations (at this time) we can only support
our regular clients.
