Kim Bachstein
Founder
 

Kim has over 20 years of Business Management, Sales and Marketing experience.
Kim is a graduate of Liverpool High School and Bryant & Stratton Institute.

Kim is an entrepreneur, owning 2 local gift basket companies
Gift Solutions By Kim.com and Something Different Gift Baskets.com

Kim also enjoys dabbling in real estate investing and interior decor.

In August of 2008, Kim founded this non-for-profit charity. (Angels That Care Foundation)
Founding this charity was a result of being inspired by reading the book, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne.

Jeff Bachstein
 Vice President
 

Jeff Bachstein is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Management.

The past 25 years Jeff has owned and operated a professional photography
studio located in the village of North Syracuse, New York.

Jeff is an entrepreneur who owns multiple internet companies along with
his continued passion for real estate investments.

Kathleen Redden
1st Chairman of the Board


Kathleen lives in Rome, New York, where she was born and raised.
She graduated from Rome Free Academy and attended airline school where she
 received a degree in ticket reservations and flight attending.
 
   Kathleen has worked many years in retail and was a manager for the former Hill's Dept. Store chain.
She has done secretarial work and store conversions for her husband's hardware company.

She also ran a daycare service and taught 4th grade church school at St. Joseph's Church.
Kathleen enjoys writing poetry and is a published poet. Her latest work is published in a poetry
anthology from the Eternal Series "The Path To Peace".

Kathleen is also a member of the International Society of Poetry and
is currently writing a poetry book of her own.
 
I am so happy to be a part of the Angels that Care Foundation and to be able to
 help out in any way that I can.  I feel very blessed and fortunate in my life.
I would like in return to give my love and a helping hand to those in need.

Rex Redden
 Public Relations
 
 
Rex moved to New York at the age of 19 and resides in Rome with his wife, Kathleen.
 
 Rex started his career in sales 37 years ago.
For the past 9 years he has worked for Orgil, Inc., they are located in Memphis, Tennessee. 
Orgil is a 1.3 billion dollar independent hardware distributor servicing retail stores
across the United States and in 67 countries.
 
  Rex enjoys fishing, hiking and the outdoors..
 
  I  feel fortunate to be working for a wonderful company, and to have a great home and beautiful family.
 I'd like to give some of my time to help others have a better life.

2nd Chairman of the Board
 

Joan Woznica, Central New York native
A dedicated and long time member of the following organizations:
* Girl Scouts - Publicity 
* PTO President for local area schools
* Currently the Vice President of The Cicero/North Syracuse Optimist Club (member for 5 years)
