The owner and creator is so good at what she does, she can make
any holiday or special occasion, one to remember.
I have gone to Kim with an idea and she creates it for me, she
makes sure that things are a good price and every basket
is made with “making people smile” in mind. I have purchased
birthday baskets, baby shower baskets, Christmas baskets
and Easter baskets from Kim. Each and every time her
customer service was great and the basket was to die for.

My friend Charlotte received her beautiful
gift basket and was thrilled.
Everyone at her 60th surprise party commented on how beautiful
the basket was prepared and presented and just loved it!
I just wanted to once again tell you how
grateful I am that I found you.
By rising to the occasion, and actually delivering her basket,
by yourself. to the restaurant
(after hours and in the early evening of the day of her party)
and at the location where the party was to take place in
Syracuse,
really was going "over and above" what any shop owner would do.
However, you were sensitive to the fact that I could not fly in
from Atlanta to join my oldest and dearest friend on
her 60th birthday and it was important for me to have something
personally from me there for her surprise party at
the restaurant and you did it. I will forever be eternally
grateful that you had the compassion and you listened
to my story and took it upon yourself to make it happen!
I have never met you Kim, however, should I
ever come to the Syracuse area, I will certainly look you up.

have a friend, Kim, who owns a gift basket company.
Not only are her products great, but she’s got
customer service down to a science.
I have ordered many times from her, and it never ceases
to amaze me just how customer friendly her service is.
The last time, I ordered something for
my wife off of the website, I got an immediate response
detailing
my order after I actually put it through. Maybe 15 minutes later, I received a follow up thank
you message from her website.
The next day, I received
another email later in the day, telling me that my package
had been delivered.
A few days later, in the mail, I
got a copy of the written cash register receipt, along
with a letter thanking me
for the purchase, and of course
a flyer highlighting specials she would be offering
for upcoming holidays.
A week later, I received
another email, this time personal, asking me how my
wife had enjoyed the gift basket.
Man,
talk about feeling special. Why wouldn’t I think
of her first the next time I wanted to get a special
purchase for my wife?
I could sit here and think that
the last email I received was because she was a friend
of mine, but knowing her,
I bet she sends emails like
that to all of her customers, because she never goes
halfway on anything.
It
doesn’t seem all that often that you read about
very good customer service stories.
I’m glad to
have the opportunity to pass one along. I also hope
that I can step in her shoes when it comes to offering
good
customer service to my clients.
